Counseling/therapy Services

Sessions will be individualized to each child or teen and will focus on providing the tools and strategies needed to address the presenting concern and its impact on their school and home life. The first session will be an intake interview with the parent/guardian and child or teen. After the interview an individualized plan will be created. 

Sessions can be 30 or 45 minutes in length with a brief follow up with the parent/guardian after each session.  Parent 15-30 minute phone consults can also be scheduled periodically to provide updates and make adjustments to counseling plans as needed. 

Zoom sessions available for families throughout the state of Florida. Recommended for 8 years and older.
